I am a mixed media artist currently working with various paint mediums and textile art. I enjoy experimenting with different ways of manipulating paint. My main colour palette of natural tones helps to create a sense of calmness and tranquillity in my work, while my inspiration is found in everyday items, the words of songs, things of the past, and the allure of the moon and seashore. Over the course of my artistic journey, I have also worked with various other mediums such as wood, glass, ceramics and textiles, and I continue to explore some of these other art forms, taking them in a new direction. Along with working on commission pieces and exhibiting work in local galleries and group exhibitions, I am always working on new ideas for my next solo exhibition.
